How To Cancel/Update Your Subscription
Please watch the video below for the instructions on how to cancel your Momentum Makers subscription or update your credit card.
Here are the steps to cancel the subscription:
- Log in to the Stripe customer portal using your purchase email
- Watch for an email from Coach Growth Company containing your portal link
- Click the link in the email to access your customer portal
- View your active subscriptions under your email account
- Click the cancel option
- Confirm cancellation by clicking again
- Optionally provide feedback or select “other reason”
Here are the steps to update your credit card:
- Log in to the Stripe customer portal using your purchase email
- Watch for an email from Coach Growth Company containing your portal link
- Click the link in the email to access your customer portal
- Once logged in, update your credit card information in the Payment Method area
